1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GBB Ltd website (the “Website”) and apply to all users, whether browsing, purchasing as a consumer, or reaching out as a prospective supplier. GBB Ltd is a company registered in Malta (Reg. No. C1345), with its registered office at Level 2, 22, Wenzu Dyer Street, Ħamrun, HMR 2170, Malta. By using our Website, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

“Customer” means any individual purchasing goods or services.
“Consumer” refers to a non-business individual.
“Supplier Prospect” refers to a business entity contacting GBB Ltd with the intent to supply goods or services.

Customers may create an account to facilitate orders. Supplier prospects may use the contact form or email provided for business proposals. You must ensure that all submitted information is accurate and kept up-to-date.

4. Orders

All orders placed via the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in EUR and inclusive of VAT. Payment is accepted via major credit cards or cash on delivery. Orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery or via card at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to addresses located within Malta only. Shipping times and costs will be confirmed during checkout. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Warranties and Liability

Goods are covered by statutory warranties under applicable Maltese law. GBB Ltd’s liability is limited to the purchase price of goods. We are not liable for indirect losses or business interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of GBB Ltd or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
